He worked very efficiently to complete all the tasks we had on the list and let me know as he completed each one. He noticed one other issue we had with our front door that we didn’t have on the list, and he fixed that as well. He even gave me a few tips while he was working. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be calling them again for any future needs."

"He was unable to place the ventilator outside of my bathroom. He told me there was not enough room in my attic for them to install it there, but he could put it on the roof. He told me that was a normal process also and he would fix it so there was no leaking when it rained even though it was on the roof. I agreed and requested he make sure it was sealed to the roof so it would not be a leak, and he agreed and when finished stated there should never be a leak."
