My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. "For the money I spent to have them paint my house, and the quality of their work I’d say 2 stars. I am finding more and more spots where they have paint drips, chunks, over spray and spots where they look like they were running out of paint. Most of these spots you can’t see unless you have the lighting just right. Which thankfully you can’t see otherwise. But moving furniture and moving my floor lamps is how I noticed these issues 6 months after the fact. As a new homeowner you live and learn…I will make sure to use a fine toothed comb on anyone I hire from now on."
