"I needed a new A/C unit, both inside and out at my apartment in Ocala. Dave and Christian were ..... so great! Polite, kind, professional, courteous. They both introduced themselves, asked if they could the sink or bathroom. Just super nice guys. They collaborated well together and helped each other out. "We dealt directly with Steve. He 100% knows what he's doing. The city hires him for all kinds of things. We checked out quite a few competitors for water softener prices. Really no comparison. We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. "I live in a rental property, and this is who they sent to my house when it flooded. They not only addressed the flood VERY quick, but were in and out and very nice. They even scheduled all their follow-up after hours so I would not have to miss work for this. I am not sure the cost as I rent and do not pay maintenance here, but I would recommend them to anyone who asks due to their professionalism and the quality of work they did was amazing!
