"Paul answered all questions we had about their process and products through Angie's List messaging system.  Jennifer came out to measure and offer a quote and went back through the services and choices they provide.  Paul and their crew came out on date of service.  The crew did the work.  Paul returned to check and when I wasn't there, followed up with a call. Jennifer followed up with a thank you note. Each member of Garagewerks was pleasant and easy to communicate with and the floor looks excellent.  The people who poured our new concrete left a couple of imperfections and Garagewerks readily did what they could do to correct them. We chose a flat color without flakes or texture as it will be used mostly as a workshop so we needed to be able to see when things got dropped on it so I look forward to seeing how it holds up and how slip resistant it will be.  Just walking on it now, I think it will be fine.  The only thing I wished I would have foreseen and asked them to do would have been to tape off the baseboards because some of the epoxy splattered on them.  Overall, thank you for your work and thank you for a smooth experience. <br />"

"These guys are professional, on time, courteous, and meticulous in their work. They didn’t mind my questions or my watching to see how it was done. They prepared our garage floor by grinding all the old epoxy off, removing lime that had risen through the floor, and correcting and patching all blemishes. This is very messy work, and they made every effort (“Successfully,” my wife says) to keep the mess in the garage, constantly cleaning up after themselves. They even taped the multiple doors leading from the garage to the house, in order to keep the dust from finding its way inside the house. At our request they applied the coating to the baseboards as well as the garage floor, which makes it look larger and cleaner. They even hand painted the extremely tight space behind a tornado shelter in the garage that could have been problematic, but instead looks as professional as the rest of the garage floor. The job took two days (I moved stuff back in on third day), went smoothly and according to plan, and when they finished the garage was move-in ready and awesome. I am very pleased with the outcome."

"I required a bunch of piers as my house was deflecting ~2.5 inches to the front. It was bad. Jordan came out and recommended 11 piers which was in line with the engineer. He didn't try to sell me on some fancy shmancy proprietary tools. Pressed concrete was easy, cheap and effective and he scheduled it for three weeks out. His team was in and out in a day and restored the property as best as possible (considering there's a bunch of concrete where dirt used to be! All of the gaps in my home are closed up, doors are smooth and actually close now. I would highly recommend DFW eagle. One caveat: my home did not pass the plumbing test to close out the permit. There is a leak somewhere in my outbound sewer line. I am getting it looked at this week by my insurance company to see what's the cause."

"Fantastic. I told David to give me estimates on several areas of the yard, including my driveway. He steered me away from using them in all areas but one, saying my concrete was too cracked to be happy with their product. They did the pool deck and back patio and it changed the entire feel of my back yard. Couldn't believe the transformation. They also were able to raise the level of the floor to fill the 1 inch gap under the thresholds of my back patio doors. After they finished the job, I found where they skipped an area because it was a child's handprint in the concrete and they didn't want to ruin it. It was the previous owner's--I asked David if they'd come out and surface over it and they fixed it in less than 4 days. I've had all kinds of subs working on my house and these guys are top notch--a rarity in this business. David was attentive, resposive and honest--I've never worked with such a well-informed, service-oriented salesperson and project manager. Wish they were all this good. <br />"

"Great experience. Ali took the time to perform a thorough assessment of the condition of my fence and provided my written recommendations for repair and pricing. She made is simple to pick it the best color for stain. Originally was a 2 week wait for work to take place, but that changed the next day and Ali let me know the had an opening and asked if they could start the following day. One crew came is and pressure washed the fence and 20 minutes later another crew was there to perform the repairs. End of day one had all the repairs and prep done. The next morning the two man crew was there to stain. They worked diligently and made sure that all the hardware and posts were left pristine. The took care to only stain the fence and not the house. Julio and his crew knocked the job out quickly and without any mess! Great folks, honest, and very good communicators."

The assistance/advice given in choosing color and texture was extremely helpful and the finished product was exactly what we were going for!! We have had tons of people compliment the color and stamp pattern. The entire project started before the projected timeframe which was a wonderful surprise, and was completed in a very timely manner. The cedar pergola is grand and well constructed. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship! The response time from Erik and his team was always quick and they were very flexible when we wanted to make changes.
