"Very responsive to our immediate needs, when our home flooded. They got the wet floors pulled up and the leak fixed. Due to not having extra flooring, we had to pick out replacement flooring and carpet from our initial install in 2016. That said, with the flooring being under the kitchen cabinets, the cabinets had to be pulled out and reset. They did a great job getting that done and putting down the new laminate flooring. However, the final details for finishing up leave a lot to be desired. There are nicks here and there, touch-up paint looks like it was done by a child. Then I got a final bill and before I paid him what was due, I wanted to first review it with the insurance company, just to make sure it was all as they expected it to be. He got nasty! He did not disconnect from the call he and I were on, when he and his son had a very nasty discussion about us, how much money we had, that we drive nice cars, and live in a nice home. Would not hire again!"

"USA Floor-Tec did an absolutley amazing job on our driveway repair and stamped concrete deck repair. They went above and beyond to make the color and pattern match the existing stamped concrete. They also meticulously repaired and resurfaced our damaged driveway. All of the guys working on the project were very respectful and professional. Taylor who was overseeing the job was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us consistanly and clearly on the progress of the job and what we could expect. "We worked with the owner Brian and contracted him to install Silver Mist flagstone on our front, back and kitchen porches, as well as build steps a the front porch. After he started the work, we decided to have him build some additional steps, and pull up an old walkway and replace it with Silver Mist. His price to add this additional work was very reasonable.
Brian's crew knew exactly what to do and wasted no time. And when they finished, they picked up  everything, including what was left of the pile of sand they used for making mortar. The yard was left exactly like it was when they started. 
We are very happy with the results and especially the honest way in which Brian dealt with us. When we noticed a questionable place in the stone work, Brian immediately had his guys pull out the stones and corrected the issue without a question. The Silver Mist on the three porches looks great and our realtor said it will increase the value of the house much more the the cost. Next summer we will add a new entry walk and a patio in the front. We will definitely have Stonemastertx do that work.

"It's been 5 years since we replaced all grass and foliage in our backyard with "stamped concrete" and had our pool redone. "I was lucky enough to get them started on a Monday morning which was most convenient for me. They had the fence toward down and started setting new polls before the end of the first day. I would have to say the most important part of the job to me as a homeowner was them cleaning up after himself for not leaving my yard a mess during this renovation which they cleaned up every day and hauled away all the trash which I was very happy to see.
