"We wanted a 10' x 20' patio installed but were not sure what materials to use. The area needed leveling and there was a slope to contend with. Aaron gave pros & cons of using pavers/crushed granite vs flagstone/mortar; no hard sell for either one. He explained we would need a small retaining wall on one side of patio to deal with sloping yard. We went with flagstone/mortar as it would match existing retaining wall and steps. Aaron provided an itemized proposal and placed us on his schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once started, they were finished in a week. Clean-up was outstanding. "Cody Irrigation has done an outstanding job for us. We have used them for minor repairs for years, but this year, due to a lightning strike, our entire system had to be rewired. "We worked with the owner Brian and contracted him to install Silver Mist flagstone on our front, back and kitchen porches, as well as build steps a the front porch. After he started the work, we decided to have him build some additional steps, and pull up an old walkway and replace it with Silver Mist. His price to add this additional work was very reasonable.
Brian's crew knew exactly what to do and wasted no time. And when they finished, they picked up  everything, including what was left of the pile of sand they used for making mortar. The yard was left exactly like it was when they started. 
We are very happy with the results and especially the honest way in which Brian dealt with us. When we noticed a questionable place in the stone work, Brian immediately had his guys pull out the stones and corrected the issue without a question. The Silver Mist on the three porches looks great and our realtor said it will increase the value of the house much more the the cost. Next summer we will add a new entry walk and a patio in the front. We will definitely have Stonemastertx do that work.
