"Juan and his team did a phenomenal job on fixing our concrete landing going to the front door. It had pulled away from the house and was sloped very steep without any steps on it. Juan knew what needed to be done immediately and was able to get me a quote the same day! He knew all about the codes and that area and what we could and couldn’t do for this project. He was communicative and efficient and always on time. Something else I really appreciate is they didn’t leave trash behind. That might sound like something silly, but after doing enough construction projects and seeing the differences of how people work-this part matters too. I don’t want a whole nother job of having to clean up after people when it’s done. This team did that without me even asking. Please choose this company as I have time and time again."

"East Coast Concrete LLC has serious difficulty communicating with customers and completing the job. I hired them to install 2 patios and demo a portion of my back porch. I have reached out several times via text, for Jack to come look at cracks in the stamped concrete and foundation. A gloss sealer was supposted be applied, but was not. I was texted twice by Jack that he would stop by. Never happened. I filed a complaint to BBB, through which we communicated. His response to the complaint was, "We weren't aware of the customers concern." I responded with screen shots of the texts I sent to Jack showing communication between us. Jack's response stated the number in the complaint was not his. He provided the number to me the day I signed the contract. I am 4 months into a 12 month warranty with no resolution. All I want is a refund for the cost of the sealer. My next step is to contact my lawyer. Look elsewhere for a company with better communication and work ethic. "
