Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. "Michael arrived on time, spent a few minutes surveying the situation, then set to work. He got door #1 open fairly quickly. Door #2 was a bit more recalcitrant, but yielded eventually.
I was impressed by a couple of things. First: Michael knew what to do. He said he has been repairing sliding doors for years, and was confident he could get mine working again.
Second: While Michael was worried that he might have to remove the doors and the surrounding molding, he tried the simple approach first -- and it worked. So no invasive surgery was needed.
Third: Michael did the complete job. Once the doors were open, he carefully adjusted them to slide easily and seat firmly.
All of which took one hour and cost me $158. Michael, thank you very much!"
