The handyman they sent was competent and hard-working, and the prices were reasonable, but working with the office staff to get him out to my home was difficult and unpleasant. He also thinks of design details that you don't, e.g. alerting me that the new shower was going to be too dark and recommending a waterproof light fixture in the shower stall ceiling.
