I was extremely pleased with Ahmed, the rep you met me at my house to go over the rooms that would be cleaned, the services Maid Bright routinely provides, as well as optional services, and how I could maximize my dollars by opting out of the basement if I wished. By the end of our conversation I was convinced that Maid Bright was the service I was looking for. The cleaners arrived slightly ahead of schedule and put booties on inside the front door (as did Ahmed). The house was beautifully cleaned, with attention to difficult spots I'd mentioned with Ahmed fully addressed.
