He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "Rather than talking me into an entire new roof, which I was prepared to do if necessary, they recommended just replacing a few shingles for a very reasonable cost! The only reason I didn't hire them was that another company (who also just recommended replacing a few shingles) also mentioned that some of the gaskets around pipes were cracked and suggested replacing them also. They showed photos, which clearly showed that they needed replacing (at least from a layman's viewpoint), so I went with them. W E Griffin was quick and efficient with their estimate, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again."

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

"I called and they said to not let anyone else touch the roof or it would void the warranty. They came and inspected the roof. The repairman (Juan) was very nice and polite. He saw that a large part of a ceiling was down and went onto the roof to inspect. He came back and said the roof was fine (another repairman had gone onto the roof and said that too!) so it must be coming from a side wall. I had someone repair the side wall. We agreed that it was not a roof problem and so I would pay for the inspection."
