"Love it! There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

Our adult kids were in the house, but during the project we received daily photos of the work accomplished that day with dialogue to explain. He was always available and welcomed our questions or concerns. Allen was very thorough in the workmanship toward our project. ARM has our highest recommendation for a job well done. "Before my 96-year-old father moved in with us, I contacted Handypro of Washington to assess our house for needed safety modifications. Ali came out and walked through the house, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and proposed helpful modifications. Despite me changing my mind a few times as to which modifications I wanted done, Ali accommodated me without complaint. His crew efficiently installed an attractive grip bar in my raised foyer (above the step into the kitchen), 2 grab bars in the shower, and a handrail for my garage steps. My father uses them all today, which gives me much peace of mind. For future modifications/installations (possibly a chairlift and a second handrail for the basement stairs), I will call Ali and Handypro again. I am pleased with their work!"

"Devin Nasvaderani of Marvel Homes rebuilt my small bathroom
from subfloor to ceiling.  Water had
leaked down through the subfloor into the dining room downstairs, so the entire
bathroom had to be rebuilt.  I took
several months to talk to a number of contractors, and I am very glad I got
Devin.  Devin listened carefully to what
I wanted, making suggestions as requested but never trying to ?upsell? me.  As an old budget officer, I was determined to
make sure there were no surprises at the end, but not only was the work
completed on time and on budget, but the extra items I ended up asking for were
delivered at less than I had expected, and were done with the same excellent
quality as the scope work.  In some
cases, Devin advised me strongly that some work the other contractors said
would ?probably? be needed, was not needed.  His ?allowances? for tile and plumbing were
the only realistic such estimates I got from any contractor, and he passed on
his contractor discount to me at the tile and plumbing shops, allowing me to
build a very nice, quality bathroom at less than the originally estimated price
point.
The work quality was excellent, and his crew were
professional, polite, clean and non disruptive. 
He managed to gain me several more inches inside the shower, put
insulation against the outside wall that the original home builder had not
bothered with, and generally fixed up all the weak points of the original
bathroom.  The bathroom, although small,
is the ?master bathroom? so the crew had to go through my bedroom to access it.  Each morning, they covered everything in my
room with plastic, put tarps from the front door to the bathroom, and every
evening removed everything and vacuumed, leaving my room absolutely clean each
night.  They were even fairly quiet,
considering the nature of the work. (the hammering etc sounded ?precise? and
methodical to my untrained ear, never just banging away.)  So, my highest recommendations for this work.

Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget.
