I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. "If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Cancelled their appointment the first time, the second time—they no-showed/no call. Nick claims he was in the hospital, wished him well and was glad he was feeling better and he rescheduled for a third time. Again, no showed/no call. He claims he’s a professional company, but doesn’t run the business or portray himself as one. He has cost us a lot of time and money. Beware!"
