I recently hired Warrens Contracting and Excavating to replace four underground downspout drains, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the first contact to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. They used an excavator to access and replace the old, failing drains, and the work was done with impressive precision. Despite the heavy equipment, they took great care to minimize disruption to my yard and landscaping. The crew clearly knew what they were doing — experienced, respectful, and detail-oriented. "This is to rescind my previous review - and note my first Angi's fail. Emerald Green Lawn has not scheduled work completion and is being unresponsive. I cannot reach them via email, phone or text (via Angi). My initial interactions with this company were good - they were friendly and attentive, having slit-seeded my back yard and we actually saw some grass grow back there before the August drought took hold. I hadn't heard from the company since but did not expect to until September. I had paid in advance for fall services (aeration, overseeding) and was looking forward to that process starting, but it is now October and all attempts to contact the company have failed. Having left an email, voice mail and a direct text (I had from previous correspondence) was to no avail. Calls are consistently routed to voice mail, and I have not received any return calls. At this point, I'm unsure if I'm being ghosted by this company or they simply no longer exist. "

Craig showed up promptly on the day day and time of our appointment, and my wife and I were immediately impressed and comfortable with his warmth and knowledge! During his assessment, he took his time pointing out the obvious areas and certain problems we never noticed! He did this not to frighten or pressure us, but being informative about the reason for for the presence of the mold! But what shocked us was the total cost of eradication...it was almost half of what 2 other companies had quoted us! His crew of young men worked tirelessly and were friendly and courteous to a fault. "The initial work seemed OK, but it quickly became clear that there was still water leaking through the basement walls. After several phone calls, an employee returned to inspect the walls and agreed that the exterior work needed to be redone. I pointed out that plastic pipes had been left exposed in my yard, without drainage to the street. He agreed that this wasn't acceptable. I called multiple times to set up repairs. My calls were not returned. I obtained the number of Joey, the production manager, spoke with him after several attempts, and sent him detailed texts and photos. No return visit materialized. Over the course of the next several months, I called the company multiple times. They actually visited my home a total of 9 more times, but they showed up without a crew, with one guy and a shovel, or saying they didn't have the equipment for the job. Finally a single employee with a shovel appeared, unscheduled, buried the pipes, and said he corrected the plumbing from the sump pump. Unfortunately, he didn't connect the pipes, and the pop up is 8 feet from my porch. Now a fountain erupts from the drain along side the house, and gallons of water discharge along the basement wall, as well as from the pop up. The soil along the foundation has eroded, and after a rain there is standing water for days in front of my porch. This brand new problem has lead to the interior walls originally water damaged, to become wet again, and a wall that was NEVER even damp before is now soaked, and the dry lock paint has bubbled up. Recently a manager came to look at the situation, and said I would be notified of when the repairs would take place. A couple of weeks later, I called, and managed to get the work scheduled. A crew is to come out June 5th. I however, have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE THAT THE WORK WILL BE PROPERLY COMPLETED AND DAMAGE THAT THE COMPANY HAS CAUSED WILL BE REPAIRED. After 18 months of excused, shoddy workmanship, untrained employees that have made matters worse, and now new damage, I am beyond frustrated and angry."
