"My home is a very contemporary with asphalt shingle roof & cedar siding, however, the builder/architect incorporated a flat membrane roof at the entry that has been highly problematic (translation - prone to leakage). Low windows made proper flashing very difficult. Brian came up with a solution that involved removal of one wall of siding, the existing membrane, and the gutters, and then completely reworking the flashing and window seals prior to installation of a new roof, siding, and gutters. Attention to detail was exemplary and Redtail's crew were a pleasure to work with. Kudos to all involved."

"We used Storm Guard for storm damage to our roof. We could tell we had a small leak due to a wet water spot on the ceiling from inside the house. This is our first owned home and have lived here for 10 years. We never had to go through this process before so I honestly didnt know how it worked. After each larger storm there were several contractors that would stop by and tell me they will get the insurance to buy a new roof. He was able to get approval for a new roof and ceiling repair. My Insurance kept fighting me on what minimally needed done. Gavin made sure everything was done correctly. He never tried to upsell me. He did explain the different types of material and shingle that can be used and what he suggested which was only slightly higher than what my insurance was willing to pay. After research and consulting with a friend who knew way more about this stuff than I, we concluded that what Gavin was saying was correct and a smart investment for out main investment (our home). Once approved and materials ordered, Gavin had a team out here in less than a month and we had a new roof. It made a HUGE difference to the outside appearance of our home. So much so that I felt some other DIY work needed done so it motivated me to complete some other aesthetics to the outside of our house. I was not paid or swayed to say any of these things. I truly feel the way I do because of working with Gavin at Storm Guard. At times you can never tell if the person standing across from you is taking you for a ride. I never had that feeling from Gavin. He is an honest, good person. It was great having him on my side."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Jamie Kuhn of Summit came to our home to look at potential damage and missing shingles. We already knew it was a small project but finding a contractor to do the job was a challenge as most of them have a minimum charge. My husband is approaching his 80s and climbing on a roof is not an option. We had the missing shingles and he went up on the roof to assess the damage.
