"Brian from Shannon Landscaping  came out and proposed a system of a French Drain for our yard to eliminate the lake in our yard from rain run off. The design was very thorough and exactly what we were looking for. The crew showed up exactly when they were suppose to and were able to finish in a day, they left everything very clean and back to it original condition. With all the Oregon rain this week it is working very well, I have no standing water any more. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

"Treven arrived as promised on Friday, Sept. 5. After draining and removing my 22-year-old water heater, he installed the new one, explained how it works, and checked to be sure all was working as it should.
I had also asked for an estimate on replacing the hardware in my shower, since the builder had hooked it up backwards - hot was cold and cold was hot. Because of the way it was installed initially, it was going to be very involved and cost a lot more than I was willing to pay. So instead of replacing the whole thing, it was recommended that they just replace the valve and reverse it. That was entirely affordable, but when Treven looked at it and realized how old it was, he told me he would have to locate a replacement since that style had been discontinued. He promised to return Monday afternoon with the new valve - if he could find one!
Treven called me Monday to let me know he had located a replacement and was on his way. When he arrived, he was - as always - friendly and professional. He got right to work with the replacement, and my shower now works as it's supposed to - and I have plenty of hot water!

"Jack has provided Landscape service to me for the past 15 or so months.  His crew has done a great job for the most part, and those crew members who do not live up to expectations are usually not around very long.  Unlike many companies, they have a supervisor/foreman that either travels with the crew or behind the crew, checking up on work and leaving a checklist on your door after the work is complete.  I believe that this adds to the overall quality control.

They will be reseeding my back lawn this week, and doing moss/weed control in the front.  I'm expecting great results.
