"FEMA required that our commercial property grade be raised out of the new floodplain. I pulled together bids from numerous companies and got their opinion on how they would go about the project because of it being in a hard to reach area. "Patrick did a great job on our sidewalk. I got several different bids for the job, and Patrick's was most reasonable, along with the details and care he provided. He treated the project like his own, and did several other small things that were totally unexpected and so appreciated! He performed these small jobs to help everything function better, and then didn't even charge me for them. He stuck to his original bid as well, which was a relief. The sidewalk needed to be sealed about a month after the project was done. I was afraid it wouldn't happen in a timely manner, but it did! I called him to check up, and he was there later that week. I was more than impressed with the work done, the communication throughout the project, and the price. "<p>Larry's crew came and tore out the old driveway and left the sidewalk broom-clean and the concrete piled in the street as it had been raining and it was too wet to get into the dump.  They promised to pick up the concrete on Friday once it stopped raining, which they did, and they did all of the prep work to get ready to pour the driveway on Saturday. </p> <p>Saturday morning they were there bright and early and poured the driveway, did a spectacular job of making sure everything was level and perfect.  The crew foreman even stayed later to make sure that everything was right and the finish was perfect.  I couldn't be happier with my new driveway. </p> <p>Throughout the process Larry and his guys were punctual, very polite, clean, respectful and they take such pride in their work.  They communicated which is huge in my opinion.  They saw and fixed imperfections I never would have noticed.  I really can't say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process.  They quoted on replacing my back patio and when I'm ready to do it, I will definitely call these guys.  They were great!!</p> <br />"

"Jay did a great job on our projects which were a large concrete patio, a large concrete platform for a garden shed, and a small platform for garbage cans. He had good suggestions about handling the slope of our back and side yards. He and his crew were always punctual in showing up. The crew worked hard and did a great job. After we get our garden shed set up, we want them back to put in a concrete walkway from the driveway, through the gate, and to the backyard. I would highly recommend using them. We thought their prices were very reasonable."

"Project finished early and on budget for both me and my neighbor across the street. My neighbor had a basic concrete walk demo'd and re-poured (approx. 300 sq ft) and we had an old concrete slab removed and a new 500 sq ft stamped concrete patio put in. I have nothing but good things to say about N. CO Concrete and both Sarah and Larry were a true pleasure to work with. They arrived early or on time, they were very responsive to our calls, emails and texts and the price was substantially lower than other quotes we received (about $5/sq ft lower than other concrete companies). What a professional crew too! They brought in a crew of about 8-10 people with 5 trucks and got busy demo'ing old concrete right away -- took less than 1 hour. The project was supposed to run 2-3 days with demo, forms, pour, cleanup and it took less than 1 full day - WOW. Same thing for my neighbor - the job was completed much faster than we anticipated. The crew were polite, great communicators, and cleaned up after themselves (concrete spills, trash, etc). We both agreed that we would definitely hire N. CO Concrete again for any of our future concrete needs."
