Before we committed to such a costly and long project, we requested a grout repair evaluation from the Grout Medic. Bruce, from the Grout Medic, provided a quick and easy consultation and upfront pricing appraisal. We proceeded with the Grout Medic and are extremely happy with the results. Bruce replaced the broken grout with a new hybrid material that is better suited for this particular implementation, cleaned the grout, sealed the grout and replaced all the caulking. Now, 94 days later, the shower still looks brand new; all for a fraction of the price a re-tile would have cost. Bruce and Andrea were a pleasure to work with. We will happily return to them should we need any further tile grout and caulking work."

"WOW! I have been living with the upgrades and what a difference they are. I continually tell my wife that I am so glad we chose a tile floor for the kitchen rather than hardwood! The Tile ( that looks like scraped wood) was installed very professionally. McHugh Tile and Stone team were very professional, very courteous , and very punctual. I was able to watch the install of the tiles in my kitchen and this team did it right. To date I have had no issues with any of the tiles that were placed. "First off I was not an easy customer. Everything that I liked was outside of my budget so he gave me several quotes on different products and even priced out the final granite a couple of different ways. In addition to this my counters were just a little too big for one slab so he helped me a lot with different options. He looked for remnants for me and eventually ended up working with The Stone Collection to match a competitors price in addition to helping me find someone else that was able to use the other part of the second slab that we needed. Then when he came to template our counters he spent time talking with me about different options for edges, corners and depth of the counter. Now that it's installed it looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. <br /> Overall Shawn was amazing to work with. He was very patient with all of our changes and indecisions. Also he almost always answered the phone and returned the few messages I left very promptly. I would highly recommend him for any stone countertop project. <br />"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"Michael Burke and his team did a variety of work to one of our rental properties in Estes Park. ?They gutted and remodelled two bathrooms (installed and painted new drywall, tiled the shower and floor, installed the shower, vanity, toilet, faucet, lighting), installed new hardwood and ceramic tile throughout home, painted interior of house, repaired a leaking area of the roof, replaced some damaged decking, changed front door lockset, and built a closet and wall to section off for a third bedroom. ?This included demolition, trash haul-away, and picking up of materials from the hardware store. ?"
