"To anyone interested in installing turf or a putting green first of all, excellent choice. In regards to the job Synthetic Turf Pros did, let me just say this was probably the most seamless and satisfying project I have ever done to my home. The work SAM and his team did blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and quality of work they provided I didn't think existed in this day an age. From SAM meeting me on a Sunday morning and walking me through all the options along with the total process of the job, to the prep work, cleanliness during the project and of course the finished product. SIMPLY AMAZING! SAM provided me an estimate within 24 hours of meeting me and the estimate compared to other companies I researched was extremely fair and in some cases lower than other companies. Again, don't waste your time talking to any other company. Synthetic Turf Pros is your best option. Ask SAM to show you my yard before and his after results. Simply Amazing, Again, best project I have ever done at my home."

"Great job! Super flexible with me on changing around the plants an landscaping options, timely install and excellent service. Very responsive and hands on with their projects."

"We contacted Jason as a result of the reviews of his work on Angies List.  Jason is a working owner and uses his cell phone to conduct business so, unsurprisingly, it took us a couple of phone tags before we finally connected.  Jason came out after a full day of work and spent about 30 minutes with us discussing possible solutions to the drainage issues we wanted to address.  We settled on installation of a 40-ft retaining wall and a flower bed behind it, as well as modification of the existing irrigation system to accommodate the new construction.  We also asked Jason to do the work necessary to cap off and move any irrigation lines and equipment that would be affected by a related concrete installation project.  During the course of this work, we expanded the scope of the project to include locating and repairing a leak elsewhere in the irrigation system, reviewing and replacing spray nozzles throughout the system as appropriate, and some other general landscaping work.
Jason and his crew arrived within a few days as scheduled.  I was even surprised to see a crew report for a half-day's work on Saturday.  They did a good job of carefully exposing the irrigation lines without damage and recovering parts that we can use during reinstallation.  The retaining wall also has been completed and looks great.  We are on hold for completion of the reinstallation work and remaining landscape pending completion of the concrete work by another contractor and scheduling of Jason's crew.
Jason can be a little difficult to get hold of, and we went a couple of days wondering about the pace of the work, but I'm willing to attribute that to the fact that Jason is already working all day, a probably-misplaced expectation on my part of instant response now that we all carry cell phones, and the fact that I'm a former project manager.  To his credit, Jason accommodated several changes in the scope of work to be done during the project.  He and his team do good work, are dependable, and are fairly priced.  We have been having problems with our current landscaper (Jordan's Landscaping) and hope to replace them with Landscaping Creations for our future work.

"I became ill and could not use the services for a while. I called them and spoke to one of the owners who had to go out of state because a loved one was ill or maybe even died. He said he would call back when he returned to Nashville but that he would contact me later. I called again after a few months and left a message but have not heard from the company. I would still LIKE the service if he will honor the coupon from July of 2013. He was very polite and nice on the phone when we spoke. Thank you for helping me with this. Lee Ann Wall"

"Travis did a wonderful job removing landscape rocks, removing stumps, trimming bushes, tree, and weeding. He showed up as promised and worked hard. I would hire Travis agiain"

"Working with Jonathan and his crew was great. All of them were very friendly. Jonathan showed up on time to give me my estimate and on the day of the install. They worked very hard in very hot conditions to complete a significant amount of work in one day. Jonathan made sure I was happy with the final product and they cleaned up the area after they were done. In one day they installed 4000+ sqft of sod, hand shoveled nearly 7 cubic yards of decorative rock into my planter beds and installed drainage. I will be calling them for my future projects for sure. Highly recommend."
