"It would have went well. He came through a bad weather storm. They couldn't go up and check the chimney. I tried to reschedule when it was dry and they wouldn't give me the discount. They wanted to charge me more than the original price which I canceled. Other than that it was fine. They came, and he looked in the fire pit. I had already pretty much cleaned it. So, he really didn't have to do anything. He said he could pretty much see up there and it appeared to be okay. Like I said it was a rainstorm. When he tried to go up to the roof, it really wasn't safe. It was pretty much weather-related more than anything. They did give me the price that I had which was $15 from the regular price. He looked at it and did what he could. It was the owner that came out.Someone answered the phone for him. He was the only one that came out. I wasn't totally displeased, I was more upset that they wouldn't let me reschedule because they couldn't get on the top of the roof. I'm trying to be fair to them too and say look its pouring down raining, it's not a good day to do this, could they reschedule. I called ahead and asked them if we could reschedule. Whoever answered the phone said they couldn't give me the discount price, whatever I paid for it because I was canceling. So, I said, go ahead and come. He said it would be the original price, but when he quoted me it was more than what the advertisement said what their actual price was. I did the math, and it would have cost me more than if I would have worked out the discount. They charged me the price that I had already paid. He came in and stuck a little stick inside the fire box inside of the house. He was a very nice guy. I don't feel I got my money's worth. They seem to be fine on responsiveness. For his professionalism was an A. I was asking about getting a sealant on the outside and he didn't pressure me. He said:"Here's the quote for it. It's preventative if you do it frequently it helps save it, to me, but it doesn't really do that much for it. So, he's not a high-pressure salesman at all. He said if you decide to do it, give me a call, I'd wait until it's a nice day because I put two coats. I appreciated that. I had got a special I don't think there would've been a problem. If I had paid the regular price I don't think there would've been an issue."
