"Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. I am writing this recommendation for Procrete and their owner Dave McBride. I decided to engage Dave and Procrete after searching for a hardscape / paver contractor local to my summer house in Margate. There are many contractors who will work at the shore, but my preference was to find a company based in the area vs. an hour away.

Dave was very professional in his approach, and consultative. I shared with him what we were looking for, to completely rebuild our back yard, from 50 year old ugly cracked concrete and a chain link fence to a new vinyl fence and pavers.

We shared our vision, and Dave’s firm provided a sketch of what the back yard could look like with a specific paver design, which we ended up going with – while making a few changes along the way.

We also had Dave install a built-in gas firepit that has exceeded our expectations. It is now the central point of our new back yard.

While at it, I also had Dave replace my old cracked driveway with new concrete and pavers for my front walkway. AS his team was already at my house doing a job, the extra cost was not prohibitive.

My biggest concern going in was using a contractor that I did not have a previous referral for. Dave provided referrals plus a list of properties in the local area that he did work on.

I must say, the work was top notch and we are thrilled with how our back yard came out. I had no less than 4 neighbors comment on the work they were doing and their commitment to doing a good job vs. a fast job.

I have been screwed before by contractors that finish the job 80-90% and then never come back to truly complete the job. Dave even came back to finish all of my items on a punch list after the job was done.

I 100% recommend Dave and Procrete for hardscaping, paver and concrete work.

"My wife has said “I love my kitchen” almost every day. From the original 1950s era kitchen, two walls were removed and the rest was taken down to the studs. A beautiful counter was built between our new open kitchen and dining room, both recessed lights and pendants were installed as well as new flooring. One reason I decided to use this builder is that Harry has the ability to take care of every aspect of the project. He and his workers are skilled with carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and excellent tile work. He outsourced the electrical, new HVAC and granite to quality people. Because Harry has done so many similar jobs, he gives appropriate guidance as to what styles, colors, etc. would work best. For instance, he basically rearranged our expanded bathroom and it looks great. Overall, we are glad we selected Harry and his crew at the Bathroom and Kitchen King."
