"The service call went very well. Tyler arrived on time and promptly set to work. He was able to troubleshoot my water heater issue and resolve it as well as performing the air conditioner tune up. "We moved to new house recently and found that water heater has stopped working We called many plumbers to check the issue but everyone asked to replace it Andrew Stewart took a pragmatic approach to first try to clean the plate underneath and purged the gas, checked the gas pressure. His expertise lead the water heater started working again without having even a single part replaced. He waited patiently to check if everything going fine for another 45 minutes Thank you for your service, keep up the good work."

"Outstandingly! The installer from Orbit, a young man name JOHN did an outstanding job of installing, providing helpful information, and providing and extra service which required repair of a leak in the main water line coming into the house. Great job of coordinating with the American Water Company worker to manage water shut-off and turn-on. I can't thank Orbit enough for sending JOHN to install my system. Anyone receiving his services in the future is in for a treat. John deserves a "Beyond the Zone" (Military personnel will understand that terminology) pay raise he is well worth retaining as a skilled technician and one H***-of-a-nice person, a great public relations entity for ORBIT!"

"On Time Plumbing, Mike B, explained what was wrong with our tankless water heater, ordered a part, and came back the next day and repaired our water heater. He was knowledgeable, professional, and competent. Highly recommended."

"We called Temp-Rite in the afternoon on Christmas Eve when our heater suddenly stopped working. They had someone out to our house within 30 minutes! The only reason our heater didn't get fixed on Christmas Eve is because their supplier had already closed for the holiday; I have every expectation that on a non-holiday we would have gotten our heat back the same day. When they came back first thing in the morning on the 26th, fixing the heater took about three times as long as estimated because of the age of our heater, so we expected there might be some additional labor fees. Instead, the price remained as quoted. On their way out, they even stopped to checked our airconditioning unit to make sure it was up to EPA standards. I would absolutely call Temp-Rite again!
