"I have had issues with construction people in the past and I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Dan and his staff to complete two bathroom remodels in my home. His staff was clean, friendly and experts at their jobs. Dan went out of his way to make sure we were happy and things were progressing as we had envisioned. His pricing was reasonable and fair. There were a couple of minor issues, but he fixed them right away to our approval. Not only would I recommend his company, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat. "Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! I am a very tough customer to please and they’ve earned a 10 out of 5 rating! I wish I could write more to tell all what a pleasure it was to work with America’s Dream Home Works! Thank you so much! "I've used this company many times,everything from replacing counter tops to installing waterproof flooring also replacing the roofing shingles and adding roof vents ! We also had them replace the gutters all the way around the house! SAUNDERS CONSTRUCTION has always done impeccable work and repairs! "Best in the business! This was the 2nd house I've remodeled and Dave & his team outperformed all previous positive experiences & expectations. They removed 3 pony-walls, installed new porcelain, large tile flooring throughout (2200 sq ft), remodeled the bath to enlarge the shower,-added a modern stand-alone tub, installed new double marble-topped vanity, marble mosaic wainscotting throughout the bath, a marble-porcelain 7-foot long/12-foot high shower with luxury finishes (marble bench & rainshowers) & a chandelier above the tub with sconces flanking a 6-ft long mirror. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, pendant lights, quartz countertops on a new, better positioned island that Dave designed, porcelain flooring, under-cabinet lighting, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace before installing gas-top stove, electric wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and double-work sink. They even installed 3 chandeliers (living room, dining & media rooms), drapery hardware at eight floor-length (12-ft high) windows & sliders, and an amazing new wet bar with vessel sink and marble with brass inlay backsplash!! They're prompt, hard-working (many times working on Saturdays and Sundays to meet deadlines), kept the project moving - even with supply delays (store's fault - not theirs) and additions I requested. They're attentive to detail, sensitive to HOA demands (never arriving too early & removing outdoor trash immediately), and professional at every turn - keeping the workspace clean/tidy. Dave goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers, reviving the art of customer service and taking it to a whole new level. For example, and though it wasn't on my list of repairs, he noted that my "new" home's air ducts needed cleaning - and shopped around for quotes I could afford. Likewise, he flushed my failing water heater in attempts to save it (original to house built in 1997). I can't say enough about this fabulous team of professionals who are as kind and personable as they are professional and skilled. I strongly recommend Dave and his team for ANY home remodel you're considering. Dave's part-designer in addition to being a fabulous contractor. He made several suggestions along the way, and I'm glad I took his advice (otherwise I wouldn't have this amazing, gourmet kitchen w/double-fireplace!). I interviewed and researched several contractors before engaging him with most exceeding his quotes by 15-25%. He's reasonably priced, comes when he says he'll be there, and makes sure the client is happy with the final product. (He even checks back a couple of weeks after the job is completed to ensure everything is functioning as it's supposed to.) I'm hiring him for my next project of replacing entry doors, and am absolutely confident he'll do a phenomenal job! THANKS DAVE, LOU and WAYNE!!! You're the BEST!!
