"We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... "They could have easily said we needed the concrete repaired/redone, but told us it would be fine by adding gravel to level it.  Very impressed that they could've went ahead and done the repair and charged for it but didn't.  It's very hard to find honest business anymore, but A1 qualifies.  Again, my husband and I are very impressed with the integrity of this company and the employees! <br />"

"The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"

"We had them extend our sump line to an open drain 170' away. Very professional. Dug by hand so they would not damage sprinkler lines. Cut the sod to save it, then laid dirt on plastic. When job was complete, could only tell work was done by the grass seed/straw they provided. Very pleased with their work."

"It was by far the best service we've ever received from a service provider! I happened to meet Mr Wallace at the local Sherwin -Willams paint store during a Sunday afternoon supply run. As we both were waiting for an available sales clerk we chatted and Mr Wallace was a wealth of information on home improvement "how to" advice. He returned that evening to check on the progress, in fact Mr Wallace checked on the progress and quality of the work everyday of the three day job. With his guidance we also performed the tasks we needed to do, in the evenings, to be ready for the tradesmen arriving next. Over the past four months we have undergone several home improvement projects: landscaping, exterior house painted, foundation and masonry work, plumbing, whole house carpet cleaning, roof and window work... a total of 10 service providers, with over 30 dudes and dudettes working on my property! "MR. COUCHMAN WAS REFERRED TO ME BY ANOTHER COMPANY I HAD DO SOME WORK IN MY HOME. HE IS LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED, AND HE GUARANTEES HIS WORK. HE DOES JUST ABOUT EVERY KIND OF WORK ON A HOME, INSIDE AND OUT. HE WORKED ME IN TO AN ALREADY BUSY DAY WITH ONE DAY''S NOTICE. HE WAS LEAVING ON VACATION THE NEXT DAY, AND WANTED TO BE SURE I DIDN''T HAVE ANY MORE LEAKING WHILE HE WAS AWAY. "Of the six or eight companies from which I received quotes, Armored Floors was the ONLY one that actually provided references, even though three others said they would. I spoke to two high-end contractors and one private-residence customer and all three raved about Armored Floors and the owner, Tammy. A certificate of insurance was provided as soon as I requested it. Overall, Armored Floors was prompt, professional, and careful. There was virtually no odor during/after installation. The crew were Tammy's employees, not subcontracted workers. The cleanup was perfect and the crew answered my questions fully. My cost was higher than average (by about $500) because I requested a moisture barrier which is not always necessary; however, for the exceptional result and full warranty, I believe my money was very well spent. The work included repair of cracks, repair of concrete subfloor in some areas, and removal of oil (see before photo#1030147). My garage floor looks amazing (see after photo #1000061) and because of the full flake granite system and decorative flakes, the floor is not at all slippery. I recommend Armored Floors without reservation and even told Tammy that she could give my name and phone number to customers requesting references."
