"I went to Angie's List online and contacted a couple of people who had high ratings to give me a quote via phone for the specific fencing I was needing. Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. They explained what they were doing and what to expect. </p> <p>3. They  understand that most women fall apart emotionally when their kitchens fall apart.</p> <p>4. Packed and stored our belongings.</p> <p>5. Advised on choosing replacement cabinets, floors, fixtures.</p> <p>6. Received or picked up and stored components (esp. new cabinets).</p> <p>7. When problems with poor existing wiring and plumbing were found, they analyzed, discussed options, and even contacted our insurer to get payment for some of the extra costs.</p> <p>8. Checked and re-checked finish choices to be sure they were doing what I preferred.</p> <p>9. Sweated details so new build would blend seamlessly with old rooms, even to hand-planing the new subfloor so new tile would line up perfectly with the adjacent living room floor. Because so many layers of old floor were removed, our wall-to-wall bookcases and closet doors did not perfectly fit in the rebuild, so they customized moldings and door sizes for us.</p> <p>10. VERY IMPORTANT: CHARACTER! These people are honest and reliable. The State Farm adjuster trusts them completely. The hardware stores all know them and speak highly of them. Their conversations among themselves are clean and uplifting, even when they don't know you are eavesdropping. (Many of them were obviously either part-time clergy or lay church leaders.) I felt comfortable having them in my home without my presence, which meant I didn't have to take weeks off of work.</p> <br />"

"Over the past 10 years Wallace Construction Group has completed three remodeling projects for us: a two-story addition in 2007, a bathroom remodel in 2016 and a major kitchen remodel earlier this year. Marc Wallace personally supervised our two-story addition and the kitchen. The reason we have used Wallace for the three projects is that their work is very high quality, but at a competive prive. Everything is done very professionally, with everything in writing to minimize surprises. His project manager, erected a plastic barrier to protect the rest of the house from dust created by the kitchen demolition. It worked great! We are completely satisfied with Wallace's work, thanks in no small part to Marc Wallace. I would highly recommend that anyone who is considering a remodeling project to at least get an estimate from Wallace Construction Group. We love our two-story addition, bath and kitchen."
