They left for parts/supplies after telling us what was needed and that they would return by 2:00 p.m. Being considerate of our time gave my son an opportunity to do an errand. Dwayne and William returned at 1:30 p.m....30 minutes earlier. The job was finished at a good price and they left at 3:00 p.m. I am very pleased." "Mark arrived inspected the house and wrote something in a notebook then told me he would send me an estimate in a day or so. A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. I will not do business or recommend him to anyone."
