"OK, I wished he would have replaced the inside of toilet. Instead he told me I was flushing wrong. ie. holding the handle down to long which prevented the tank from filling up properly with water. Hard to change the way you flush. This company is good and I had previous experiences with them i.e replaced all three of my toilets, and that went well. "We got them on Angie's List. We have a contract with them to come out twice a year for the air conditioning. I also bought a new air conditioner through them. They are real nice. They check us in winter for our heating system, and spring for our air conditioner. They come in clean and inspect. They cover the carpet with cover cloth, they wear booties on their feet, and they are very polite. When my mother's heater went down,  we called them, and they said the gas was down, and they did that. They checked the air conditioner as well and it was old so we purchased a new one for her."

"I called and explained my issue. They set up a service call and the tech arrived on time. Once there he would not look at my pilot light but instead ran the serial number on my 8-year-old water heater. He then informed me it was too old and he was not allowed to work on them. I said that is ridiculous and said i would not need their service. He understood and left. I then received a quote for $3750 for the replacement of my two water heaters. Mind you, one was functioning just fine, but was again, 8-years-old. I called my handyman and he told me over the phone to hit the reset button. That worked. I saved my self $3750. I am disappointed that Met gave me the hard sell to replace rather than hit the reset button. Be wary of these people."
