"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"They were great! I had a hard time choosing a slab , and noticed one that they had sent in for another customer. They placed a call and were able to have another slab out of the same vein sent to them. I was a little uncomfortable doing that, but was assured that if I didn't like it when it arrived that I was not under any obligation. The stone arrived and I loved it. <br /> The install was completed 3 days after the template was taken. They originally asked for a week , but were able to move the date up and that worked well for me. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"Stephanie cleans for me every two weeks and has been doing this for about 3-4 months,  She's always here at or near the appointed time.  If she's going to be later than planned, she always calls to let me know.  She works  fast and does a good job.  She will do totally anything I ask her to.  Special jobs we arrange special time for, but she is always willing to help me do anything I ask.  I am limited in the chores I can do because of recent back surgery, so she is a great help with things that are hard for me to reach or stretch to do.  I'm happy she has come into my life, and I fee like I can depend on her for just about anything."
