Mark hit the ground running to completely remove and replace my aging deck stairs and railings, remove and install a new kitchen faucet. He also installed a new outdoor faucet as well as repair a 2 story downspout. Just so you know, quite a bit of this was completed in the rain and done with amazing expertise. My wife will certainly be finding new projects so we can hire The Fix It Friends again! See you soon, Mark."

I had a really old front door that was not insulated and they put in a new one with plenty of insulation. "Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."

"Jason was excellent to work with on adding skirting to our stairs and additional wood planking on the steps to match the other side of the stairs. It was difficult to match the over 25 year old wood on the opposite side of the stairs, but Jason put a great deal of time into finding the best match possible. The finished product looks FANTASTIC. I totally recommend Jason for anyone project."

"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."
