"Erie Homes was great. Ty and Chris shared the information about roofs in a clear and precise way. I love the high quality of the roofing materials and the standards they hold their workers to when placing the roof. Mike called me each step of the way, so I was prepared when the roofing supplies showed up. I even got calls after the beautiful roof was done. Amazing job!"

"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"We were extremely satisfied by all three phases completed by Kastle Construction. The roof was done first by Randy and his crew, they did a fantastic job. The windows and siding were installed by Brett and Allison and the finish project exceeded expectations. We commend all of them for being hard workers and paying close attention to detail and craftsmanship. We would highly recommend them."

"Douglas was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the solution to our leaking roof. What he originally estimated about a 45-minute job actually ended up being more like 3 hours. He accomplished this without any increase in the price of repair. Not only did he fix our leak but he cleaned out our gutters too! As he was leaving our neighbor and their young son came over, Douglas gave him a coloring book with a pack of crayons! I know it's just customer service but it made an impression on us and the little boy!"

".It went well.  Sometimes his crews worked on 'contractor time', but that is to be expected.
Also, the steel roofing had to be custom cut, which resulted in some delays.
But he and his crews were responsive to our needs.
I'd definitely use him again.

"It was TERRIBLE.....From the moment I came home from work and saw the shoddy workmanship, I ctctd.a person by the name
of Matt.  They didn't look right at garage levvel...Matt gave me the runaround, which I am finding out is all that he does...That is
tell suckers like myself that they couldn;t do anything....Fast forward to last summer when I had my roof re-roofed and I
asked contractor what is sticking out from under shingles?  He said that was the old hangers for gutters He took about   10
minutes to remove them......
I have left calls with a Mike Lacina, who I believe is the son...He did return calls. Also, I did get them out here on  2 seperate
occassions, to bend back the "cover" on the highest part of roof, which is 2nd floor of house...
Also google "scam informer" and u will see well written article from another displeased customer
they only care about selling product and are very difficult to get warranty work...My last conversation was with Matt, who was
very stand-offish.....I asked him what was his capacity with Lacina...He said I don't have to tell you....He is the PRESIDENT"

"I have some frustration with the process but the process upon roofing out is within just 3 days which is good."
