He explained everything that they do, the materials they use, how long it takes, what their clean-up policy is, and everything else in between... We signed the agreement and I sent a deposit on Dec. 18, picked the color of the roof tile on Dec 20, they came to the house right after the holiday weekend on Dec 30, finished the whole roof in 1 day and came back on Jan 4 (due to inclement weather) to install new gutters which, by the way, were a $0 bonus as a December inclusion.
