Very informative showed me photos of the damaged area and what they were going to do to repair the leak. If I should ever have another issue with roof I will be sure to call them."

I signed off on the contract and was told that it would be 7-10 days for the materials to come in and that we would get a call to set up the repair appointment. Two weeks later we'd heard nothing and when I called I was informed that they actually could not do the repair. This had been determined within two days of my signature on the contract and I NEVER received any kind of notification. So now, the roof is still leaking and I'm back to square one. While they were pleasant to deal with, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable."
