"Jonathan was great! He was earlier than the time quoted and contacted me to see if that would work. He inspected the attic in regards to the fireplace, cleaned the fireplace and chimney. Video inspected the flue. Checked for gas leaks. Inspected the outside and roof of the chimney. Went over report with me and made recommendations. Report was easy to read and understand. I had the report in my email before he left! Jonathan answered all my questions and was friendly. He cleaned up and brought equipment needed. I would hire again, especially with their response time. Inquired on Sunday and appointment on Tuesday!!!"

"In early December Warming Trends came out to my home to estimate replacing an existing fireplace insert and I agreed with their estimate and scheduled an installation date. The day of installation Warming Trends appointment was for 10:00 a.m. At 10:20 a.m. the installers still had not arrived so I called them and was advised that the installers were still in the store and would be leaving soon. Approximately 45 minutes later the installers arrived and began the installation process. The installation went reasonably well and the installers were friendly but their tardiness of an hour from the scheduled appointment time was unacceptable and they offered no explanation or apologies. I cannot and will not recommend Warming Trends as they did not earn a recommendation or referral. Subsequent technical questions to their store, however, went well."

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."

"I'm 82 years old and fellow off a later a few years ago. Randy Turner was referred to us by a friend. He has been doing all kinds of work for us since. He has done other things such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing deck, patched up garage wall, and leaking foundation. Also, he as referred us to other contractors that have worked out for us. He is reluctant to charge what we thing i is really worth. He is a former contractor, a great guy, full of know how."

"Chris and his crew were here when they said they would be. We started on April 19 and finished on July 19. Chris worked around our having to be out of town for 3 1/2 weeks in May and for several sudden trips to Nebraska to see a seriously ill family member. They called the day before and told us when they would arrive, if they were delayed or had to cancel they called. They did a good job framing and drywalling. We had a gas fireplace put in and the men installing the fireplace said when Chris framed for a fireplace it would be correct. It was. Chris and crew removed the excess material and debris. We did not have them paint because we like to do that ourselves."
