We had an insurance claim from a flood on our second floor that leaked to the 1st floor and basement, Chris, Roy and the team was there PROMPTLY ever day at 7am SHARP, when they started to place plastic and cardboard on the floor that was our first sign that they were going to be good, the work was the best i have ever seen AND Having a 90 year old mother in law in the house at the time was a challenge, they even took the time to call and let me know how she was. "Chris of House Smart is a master craftsman! I wanted to replace an interior door in the kitchen and Chris came up with the idea of using a barn door. Chris designed, built and installed the door and it’s fantastic! He gave the wood a vintage look and had the great idea of using chalkboard paint, which is a fun thing in the kitchen. The door works perfectly and everyone comments when they see it! I highly recommend House Smart."
