He came to our home, surveyed our property, answered all of our questions (and then some) and we knew that he was the man/company for the job.  His team worked so hard to get the job done professionally and efficiently.  Once the job was completed, Joe came out again to go over everything with us, he checked to make sure everything was in order (which it was), helped us set up the app and the zones correctly, along with every little intricacy that goes along with a system like this.  He also took the time to once again answer all of our questions. "They do good work except for one major thing.  When it is the rainy season and the ground is 'saturated' from water... their workers don't care what their equipemtn does to your yard.. they still run their machines all over and tear-up your yard.  I've had mud tracks, RUTS, grass uprooted and patches of no grass resulting from this.  This happened more than once .. I was so angry with that.. I cancelled the service.
