"My maple wood floors were refinished by Floored at Home in May of 2022. Peter from this company did the refinishing. Peter came on time, answered all of my questions and was very organized, skilled and efficient. Peter was very respectful and professional. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. Peter had to replace two boards that had over the years split in half. Peter was so skilled that that he was able to match the new wood to where it was barely noticeable that the boards were recently installed.The floor turned out beautiful and looks brand new. I would recommend the company and plan to use them to do my stairs. Their pricing was very fair. The management and office staff were very responsive to my concerns, and questions. I want to thank Paul, Bob and Ryan for returning my calls and making themselves available. I was given written instructions on how to care for the floor and what products to use. "If I could give Charlie from Bella Casa Floors more than 5 stars I would. It is so refreshing how he was truly looking out for my best interest instead of trying to make a sale. A different company had poorly installed a previous floor and Charlie had encouraged me to reach out to them so they can make things right. He gave me flooring suggestions, responded promptly, brought over samples to my commercial facility, checked to make sure the previous company I used gave me a good price to have it redone, and even followed up with me a couple of times. I will definitely be calling Charlie for any future flooring projects as he is honest, someone I can trust and I’ve heard great things about Bella Casa Floors"

"We needed our shower tiles replaced and Platinum Tile was quick and did excellent work at a reasonable price. The shower is on the third floor of the house and they covered all of our stairs in tarps and cleaned up very well at the end of the project. I would definitely hire them again!"

Also had them paint numerous rooms, replaced and installed all new toilets, added custom mirror in bathroom, lighting fixture, built retaining wall in backyard, repaired Mortis locks, new storm door, beautiful handrails for entrance stairs. They were very flexible and accommodating. They are very professional. Their workmanship is superb."
