He thought my chimney was in fine shape and re-caulked a small part of the cap. He told me I have at least a good 5 years before having to worry about anything. I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said he was in the area anyway and there would be no charge. He'll be the first I call when I do need chimney work. <br />"
