Brinson came out for the estimate and we worked up the list of things to do quickly and talked about options. I neglected to show Brinson one of the windows that needed work (it hides behind a tree so Brinson missed it too) and the front door trim. Brinson also neglected to add the mailbox post to the estimate but I showed it to him and we discussed it.
