He came out to our house when everyone else we called was out for the holidays, and we are so glad he was ultimately the one who responded to us! "Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. "From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.

"Initial paint job looked great, but they missed a couple of spots. Getting them to come back was a hassle, but after several emails, they eventually did. The patch work was worthless -- paint slapped on unprepared wood that peeled off within a couple of weeks. Now a little less than two years later and several more spots have bubbled/peeled and I tried to use the 2 year warranty I was given. 5 calls & weeks of waiting later, someone finally shows up without scheduling the day with me during a workday -- while I was out, without calling or texting. I only know they came by because they left a business card. Now they don't answer or return my calls. Such a disappointment after hiring a company primarily because I trusted the owner at his word."
