My mother passed away in the middle of October and I had to pay for the funeral out of pocket. The following week Pool Scout came out to my home and I called in for payments. I told the lady DO NOT KEEP MY CARD ON FILE because at the beginning of the month I will be using another card So first she drafted more money than what I approved. I let that slide BUT THEN I looked at my bank account on Nov 1st and just who drafted my card. Bad business. I have been a customer for a year so I had to cut ties."
