He called me the day of my request and was at my house a couple days later to work up the quote. His quote was reasonable and he let us know he would be able to do the job within a week. It is quite rare these days to have anyone in the service industry do anything in a timely manner. Eric had the job completed within 10 days of our initial conversation. Very impressive!! His job was thorough and quite impressive. I recommend him to anyone that is interested in landscaping service in the Roanoke Valley area."

Healthy Home Restoration was established in Cary NC in 2004. HHR has specialized in solving complex problems in crawlspaces related to humidity, pest and mold and is considered the top company in the Triangle area for crawlspace problem resolution and energy evaluation/improvements. Over time sealed and conditioned crawlspaces became the preferred method for constructing crawlspaces under homes. The process of conditioning a crawlspace is so successful it created an entire new industry. As a leader in the industry we pride ourselves in providing a large variety of products to fit our clients individual needs. We will never be a company that supplies only one solution with one product for every need. "I recently had "out of control" mold issues in the furnace room in my basement. My son and I were both suffering respiratory issues, so it had to be resolved. I brought in a company to test for mold, and ended up hiring them for remediation. When it came to "What do I do now to prevent this in the future?" they were not able to help me. After a search through ND, I came up with the names of several companies, and had all 4 out for a quote. Each person who came told me something different, some of them completely contradictory. (Ex: "There's standing water in that space" vs. "There's no water problem there, it's completely dry" given two days apart.) I came back to ND and did some more searching. This time I noticed one company came up with glowing recommendations over and over again - Healthy Home Restoration. Dennis, the owner, has a real understanding of indoor air quality issues (finally!) and came up with a proposal to encapsulate the space, add some ductwork into the unfinished workspace and put dehumidifiers in both the furnace area and workroom. (Rest of the basement is finished, with standard HVAC duct work.) The team came out and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them! Had I known they could have done the entire job, including the part the first company did to remediate the problem, I would have hired them first. They are the best of the best!"

"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."
