He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property.
