"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

"All I can say is wow! I contacted them and within an hour or so they were at my house and on a Saturday no less. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And even when the job ended up being a lot more complex than any of us expected, they refused to leave me in a bind. They are honest and decent people.
