"I called for service, I think on Wednesday but they could not come until Friday. The appointment time was 8am to noon and they showed up just after noon. That was frustrating to my husband who waited for them for four hours. Once he arrived he was quick to work on the refrigerator. He kept the area clean and fixed the problem in about an hour or so. I called the store a few days later to check on the bill and they told me that the refrigerator needed parts for a permanent repair. The parts would be about $400 and the service call would be charged as $59.95.  I let them know that we would want to think about that vs replacing the unit. They were very nice about that and let me know that if we purchased a machine their they would waive the service call.   <br /> Overall they are busy but the work is satisfactory. <br />"
