In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. "Workers were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were tidy the 3 1/2 days on site. Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. Given the horrible condition our roof was in, that was comforting. I highly recommend this company.

"I was very impressed.  Very kind, professional man knowledgeable in our roof and it's current condition, which is good now that he was able to replace rubber gaskets on vents.  We discussed products for minor skylight repairs that we can do, and he  sealed a shingle I'd cracked when I tried to do a vent repair by myself. He also sealed areas (screws/flashing) as a good preventative measure.  I trust the service and will definitely contact them again for roof work.

He showed us what he was doing and took the time to explain the results and what our options are to improve the insulation in our house. We received a quote in the mail a few days later, which covered everything we had talked about, broken down in pieces (attic, basement, exterior walls) in case we can't do it all at once.
