"Douglas came out and gave me an estimate and said he would do the work the next day. Unfortunately, it rained. He left me a message a couple of days later telling me that 2 men were on the way and they arrived a short while later. Thank you, Douglas! I believe their names were Ralph and Francisco. They were very nice and very professional. They had to use pick axes and shovels but they got out every bit of the stumps and roots of large shrubs that had been in place for 20 years! The put in some nice new soil. Then Francisco carried a very heavy plant and planter from the back yard to the front on his shoulder! Pretty amazing! They dug a nice large hole for the pittosporum and were very careful to plant it so that it looked just right. They cleaned everything up and it looked wonderful! Then they pruned several severely overgrown mugo pines. I was very concerned about doing this because I was afraid they'd end up looking sparse afterwards. These guys really know what they're doing. The shrubs look fantastic! I couldn't believe they could look that nice! And, of course, they cleaned up everything afterwards. There was not a leaf or any dirt left anywhere. I was very impressed, and I'm a pretty critical person. I have their card and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any kind of landscaping service. Highly recommended! <br />"

"They gave us an estimate for $2800.00 to trim a canopy of a silk tree, trim a cedar tree and then an alder tree. But a big branch of the cedar tree had broken off so they completely cut it down. It had fell on the neighbors and we had them clean it all up and cut it up and hauled it away. The problem with the tree was it had a bee hive in it and I couldn't get anyone else to go near it. We would have gotten all the work done but they wanted to wait a week until it got colder because of the bees but a windstorm came through and knocked the tree down so we only had the cedar taken care of. The bees were gone and the cavity was large. We left about 10 foot of the tree as it is in the middle of a hedge. They were very efficient and had a couple trucks come in and a crane and got it taken care of very quickly. He showed up at 8am the next morning and there were alot of trees down in the area due to the storm. I was very pleased with the work they done."

"This was the easiest to find and most reasonable serivce provider. The owner, Ulesis, came on Wednesday to bid the job and returned 4 days later with three hard working men. Our bedding plants became too much for us to do ourselves. In 2-1/2 hours our job was done. They did exactly what we asked which was digging out iris bulbs, digging our many other bedding plants and leaving the area looking much better even though it was bare dirt. I plan on having them back in a couple of months to plant small manageable dwarf evergreens. I am completely satisfied with the job."

"My lawn looked absolutely awful the second that it got close to summer. All the winter grass died and my lawn looked embarrassing. Called customer support number and no one ever came. Called again and someone came without any heads up (so I wasn't there) and dumped more chemicals on the lawn. Finally got in touch with the local manager who came and put down grass seed and a special formula to deep hydrate the lawn with the application of 40 min of water every day for 2 weeks. Really worried to get my water bill next month!!! Lawn starting to look better. Still brown spots. Seed coming in. Crossing my fingers. Only working with local manager from now on. Feel like I could get more from a landscaper who not only applies the right fertilizes and manages weeds, but would also mow and edge. Also frustrated as feels so impersonal. <br />"

"I have a big evergreen hedge that is getting out of hand. I got bids from a few places and found that my hedge is too big to be cut by yard maintenance companies like in the past so I had to move up to the tree experts. The bids ranged from very expensive to kind of acceptable, then I got a flyer in my mail from Joe Grab so I had him do an estimate. He was below the lowest I had so far and he seemed to know what he was talking about so I hired him. For the price I paid and the shape of my hedge I think he and his crew did a very good job. There are a few places that are not exactly straight but that was because of things that got in the way of the ladders. Plus it is a living hedge, so the spring growth will fill in those spots quickly enough. Joe was very concerned about how deep they cut because he wanted it to look nice and I appreciate his caring. It was a very cold day and his crew hung out doing this and that until I was satisfied and I thank them for that. They were nice and knew what they were doing. My opinion is that they did a good job and I will hire them again in the future. <br />"
