"Our yard definitely looks a lot better but we were unhappy about several things. The regrading on the north side of the house didn't fix the standing water problem. A number of areas of the new lawn died and they wouldn't replace the sod but said that the grass would regrow in the fall. It didn't do so although a small part of it did regrow. They failed to put in a sprinkler head to reach some rose bushes and said they would come back and fix it but didn't. They kept saying that it would be finished in a week or two and months later it still wasn't done. We had to keep putting off another contractor because they still weren't done."

The end product was great- they did a fantastic job on everything: stamped concrete, retaining wall, stone paths, irrigation system, lighting, planting, and putting down new sod. We are very pleased with the work they did. They followed up to make sure everything was working properly and completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend."
