"My husband and I met with the owner of this company, Todd, in March. We agreed to have a sunroom built on our existing deck. First, there was a problem with getting a building permit (no fault of ours). Todd had an engineer come out and get further measurements and we were told they would be submitted to the city for permit. Needless to say, we have had a hard time getting in touch with Todd and cannot get any information. Here we are three months later and nothing has happened. The last text correspondence was on a Thursday (June 6) and he said he would be in touch with us the following day before 5. Today is June 17, and still have not heard from him. The customer service is terrible and we would not recommend this company to anyone."

Fiberglass screens last from 10 to 15 years, aluminum screens last from 15 to 20 years, polyester screens perform reliably for 20 to 30 years, and stainless steel screens offer durability for 30 years or more. Regular inspections and proper installation ensure these screens perform to their full lifespan.
You should regularly clean your pool screens to ensure they are effective and long-lasting. In a bucket, combine warm water with dish soap or cleaning vinegar. Then lightly scrub the screen with a soft-bristle brush or large sponge using your bucket mixture. After scrubbing, you can rinse the screens with a garden hose and let the screens dry in the sun.
