Most particularly, Russ was extremely careful removing trim carpentry so to avoid having to duplicate stain and color. He didn't splinter or break or damage anything. He covered my surrounding floor to prevent damage from foot traffic. He moved the refrigerator, stove, and toilet providing the proper floor protection while the appliances were out of place. We made sure we understood each other's intentions and got no surprises as to the type of mortar, grout width, and center lines. His cuts were as precise as humanly possible. He treated the job as if it was for his own house. The job site was kept clean during the four day project and inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum.
