Chase Young, the owner, came out and did a free estimate. We accepted and he began his work sealing off entry points. Flying squrrels can get through a gap the size of a dime. They can also create that gap. He used materials I didn't even know existed. He made numerous trips as he had to apply materials that needed to cure. He was concerned about a gap about the hot water tank vent because of the fire danger from the heat generated. He researched the problem, acquired a product and applied it in a two visit process. Finally, he inserted a trap high off our chimney that was a one way exit for the squirrels. As they exited into the trap he would then come back and retrieve them for re-release far away. It took four days. Our home is now squirrel and mouse free. Mr. Young is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a degree in environmental science. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
