"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed. He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle. Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect. We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right.
WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"This company did an excellent job waterproofing our basement. We recommend them to everybody. We haven't had a lick of water since they finished our basement about five or six years ago. Before they came out we used to have up to four inches of standing water in our basement after a hard rain."

"
Our house failed inspection during a home purchase and I immediately called Allen at Allied Crawlspace Solutions who showed up the next day, identified the problem, offered a solution and provided a quote. Initially he asked for $4100 because he had to drill through some extended footers. We asked him for his best price and he lowered it to $3550.

Once contracted the crew showed up the next day and was immediately met with some challenges because as it turned out there were 8 footers to bust through versus the 4 he had originally quoted. He never asked for anymore money.

They completed the work in 6 days. They said it normally takes 2 days, but the footers caused a huge delay. They also spent an additional 2 days doing nothing but replacing the vapor barrier and cleaning up under the house. They did a fantastic job! The sump pump that was installed with the EZ flow is working flawlessly and I can tell an immediate difference in the fact that we now have now water under the house. That is remarkable considering there was standing water 6 days ago.

I am very satisfied with the work. The team all had a great attitude and were very patient with me as I asked questions and made recommendations on cleaning up.

Although it was an expensive repair it was worth every penny! Strongly recommend these guys!!

"

"I bought a house with a 20 year old heat pump with a bad compressor. I called several places and got quotes for a new unit. Bryants were not the cheapest but I have learned the hard way that cheap is not better. They actually came out and measured my house and did a lot of calculations to come up with the right size unit. Others wanted to give me a quote on the phone and some that did come out just looked at the outside unit and wrote down a price. Bryants showed up exactly when they said they would. They went above and beyond what I expected. They fitted the unit in perfect and left no mess at all. Their inspector came back the next day to check and make sure everything was OK. I bought the highest efficency Amana unit and I did have some problems with it which I don't blame on Bryants. Everytime I have called them they were usually here right away. The fan motor burned out in about a month which happens sometimes. I also had a freon leak that was a manufacturing defect but they found it and repaired it perfect. They are very nice people to deal with and do quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
"

"I love the product and the work done was good, but the charge was high, and a second invoice sent by email was higher because of parts. We were able to reach an agreement."

"Good job, reasonable given the cost. My only complaint was less than meticulous clean up of the siding debris.
"
